DTI’s fresh take on protein sourcing gets press attention

Looking for new approaches to a planet-friendly diet with healthy levels of protein? Our member Danish Technological Institute is working on innovative methods of sustainable food production and has made great advances. Thanks to their work with microalgae, as well as insect-farming, we could soon be enjoying “a bug biscuit, a microalgae muffin, or a plant-based burger”.
