Recipe for 'Quinella'
During the Danish Bioeconomy Conference on 25 September 2019, chef Andy Krebs Hagstrøm from Fælleskøkkenet prepared a special treat for all participants: Quinella!
Quinella is a new exotic local dish developed on the Danish “South Islands” of Lolland Falster (known in Denmark as Sydhavsøerne) - made from locally grown quinoa with black goby fish, seaweed, fjord shrimps, rainbow trout, blue mussels and cauliflower rice. We have translated the original Danish recipe into English - please download it here as a PDF.
