Two vacancies at our Secretariat in Berlin: apply now!

We are currently looking for two new team members to join our Secretariat in Berlin to complement our management team based in Berlin that deals with the development and implementation of transnational EU funded projects (Interreg, Horizon, BBI-JU programmes) as well as direct assignments from the European Commission and other international bodies.

- a Senior Project Acquisition and Implementation Manager responsible for leading the application processes from initial idea to full proposal, and for taking on the leadership tasks for our ongoing projects and/or initiatives. Find out more about this vacancy here

- a Project Administration Assistant to support us with the formal administration of project applications and project implementation; including among others financial management and reporting; online application systems; administrative reporting; invoicing; procurement (i.e. for graphic and web design, printing, conference locations); database and website maintenance; preparation of meeting agendas, minutes and power point presentations. Find out more about this vacancy here
