At a Danish food event on Lolland in autumn (Madens Folkemøde) a newly established sea garden, Grønsund havhave, made 700 tasty servings of blue mussels.
Children from local schools and food lovers in all ages were invited to enjoy a taste of the sea. The sea garden people are eager to share their passion for mussels and presently building up skills
to grow their own – small but very tasty mussels, which also help remove nutrients from the Baltic Sea.
