Inclusion of maritime cultural heritage in the maritime spatial planning

Matthias Maluck from the State Archaeological Department of Schleswig-Holstein (the lead partner of the BalticRIM project) was interviewed by the Interreg Managing Authority/Joint Secretariat about the importance of maritime cultural heritage among spatial planners. 
Matthias explained in details why and how the cultural heritage (CH) should be preserved, as well as why a project with transnational character is crucial for successful inclusion of CH on an international level.
