Recipe for a veggie burger with algae

Make your algae burger yourself!
Vegetarian patties:
- Cooked chickpeas: 250 g
- Grated vegetables (carrots, celery, onions, pointed cabbage): 250 g
- Algae oil: 0.50 ml
- Flax seeds: 1 tbsp
- Algae spice chilli / garlic: 3 tbsp
- Possibly fresh chillies or fresh garlic
Algae bun:
- Water: 400 ml (yeast: 100 g, milk: 300 ml)
- Oil: 200 ml
- Sugar: 3 tsp
- Salt (coarse): 2 tbsp
- Eggs: 2 pieces
- Algae flour: 700 g
- Wheat flour: 440 g
- Eggs: 2 pieces
Filling:
- Algae mustard and / or algae pesto
- Finely chopped red cabbage
- Grated carrots
- Diced apples or pears
- Dried ragweed (in Danish: Søl tang)
- Possibly fresh mozzarella
Preparation:
- Prepare the seaweed rolls: mix the ingredients for the seaweed rolls. The dough should be sticky. Let the dough rise until the oven is warm. Bake at 210 degrees for about 10 minutes.
- Prepare the vegetarian patties. Mix the chickpeas, grated vegetables, seaweed oil, linseed, seaweed spice, and possibly fresh chili or garlic. Form the patties from it and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Spread the rolls with seaweed mustard and / or algae pesto, and fill with red cabbage, carrots, apples and the dried ragweed. Finally, fill with mozzarella and the patties and serve
